Apply in layers not exceeding 10 mm (3\/8 in) — for thicker applications, roughen the first coat, allow 24 hours to set, dampen to SSD, then apply additional coats. Use a wood, aluminum, or magnesium float for a smooth finish or a broom\/brush for texture. Maintain ambient and material temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C (40 °F and 86 °F) for at least 24 hours before and 48 hours after application.
